Referral Terms & Conditions​

 

1. I/We hereby provide True Credit Limited ("TC") with the above information for TC's appropriate use. I/We understand that TC shall contact Referrer and/or Referee solely for the purposes of promoting TC's products and services. I/we hereby confirm that I/we have obtained each other's consent to disclose his/her personal information to TC and to each other and agree to accept the terms and conditions of this Referral Program.

2. ​Referrer should not enter into or sign any agreement with referee and should not charge, recover, demand or receive any fees, charges, reward or consideration from referee for or in relation to the application of the loan.

3. To be eligible to participate in the program, the Referrer must be our loan account customers of True Credit Limited ("TC"). Staff of TC are not eligible to participate in this program.
