Terms and Conditions of New Customer Offer Promotion (the “Promotion Offer”)

1. The Promotion Offer is valid only for new customers (“Eligible Customers”) who have not previously been approved for any loan by True Credit Limited (“True Credit”).

2. The Promotion Offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotional offers.

3. The promotion period is from March 1, 2026 to April 30, 2026 (both dates inclusive) (the “Promotion Period”).

4. Eligible Customers who successfully draw down a Personal Loan during the Promotion Period are entitled to a shopping voucher with a face value of HKD50 (the “Reward”).

5. The Reward will be issued to the Eligible Customer upon loan drawdown and will not be reissued if lost, stolen, damaged, or expired.

6. The Reward is non‑transferable, cannot be exchanged for other items, and cannot be redeemed for cash.

7. The Reward is available while stocks last. In the event of high demand, Eligible Customers may experience delays in receiving the Reward.

8. True Credit reserves the right, without prior notice, to substitute the Reward in case of stock shortage.

9. True Credit is not the supplier of the shopping vouchers and shall not be liable for any matters relating to the products or services provided by the respective suppliers.

10. The use of the shopping voucher is subject to the terms and conditions printed on the voucher and/or imposed by the respective supplier.

11. True Credit reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or amend the Promotion Offer and/or these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice.

12. In case of any dispute arising out of or in connection with the Promotion Offer, the decision of True Credit shall be final and conclusive.
